Why can't my computer function properly after I installed an expansion card?

Please check the following instructions according to your model:
<TS-PDU3>
1. Check if the USB 3.0 Expansion Card is properly connected to the PCI Express slot on your computer. If not, try unplugging the card and reconnecting it. If yes, try plugging in other PCle slots (x1, x2, x4, x8, or x16).
2. Check if the computer's boot drive (HDD) is properly installed, and remove the expansion card to see if the computer can still boot up properly.
3. Check if the USB 3.0 Expansion Card conflicts with other PCI Express cards. If so, please carefully remove other PCIe cards to determine which card causes the conflict.
4. Some USB devices might prevent your computer from powering on. Try removing the USB device from the USB port of the expansion card.

<TS-PNU3>
1. Ensure that the USB 3.0 ExpressCard Adapter is properly connected to the ExpressCard/34 slot on your notebook. Try unplugging the adapter and reconnecting it.
2. Check if the computer's boot drive (HDD) is properly installed, and remove the expansion card to see if the computer can still boot up properly.
3. Some USB devices might prevent your computer from powering on. Try removing the USB device from the USB port of the expansion card or the USB 3.0 ExpressCard Adapter.

<TS-PDC3>
1. Ensure that the USB 3.0/ SATA-III Combo Card is properly connected to the PCI Express slot on your computer. Try unplugging the card and reconnecting it.
2. Check if the computer's boot drive (HDD) is properly installed, and remove the expansion card to see if the computer can still boot up properly.
3. Check if USB 3.0/ SATA-III Combo Card conflicts with other PCI Express cards. If so, please carefully remove other PCIe cards to determine which card causes the conflict.
4. Some USB devices might prevent your computer from powering on. Try removing the USB device from the USB port of the expansion card.
