Why is the sound in the videos recorded with my DrivePro faint or unclear?

The issue may be caused by the microphone hole being blocked or covered during recording, or the noise cancellation feature being triggered (DrivePro 20/DrivePro 20B), which can degrade audio quality.

Solutions:
• Ensure the DrivePro's microphone hole is unobstructed.
• Turn off the noise cancellation feature(DrivePro 20/DrivePro 20B.)
