How to check serial number (S/N or W/O)?
Registration online is no longer a prerequisite to enjoy Transcend's warranty service.
To allow you a better experience, neither a Transcend membership nor online registration of product will be required when you apply for warranty/RMA services online. This policy change does not in any way affect your rights as a customer. All data from your existing account will be deleted to protect your privacy.
